Great Service! Came in Monday morning without an appointment. I was warmly greeted, taking care of immediately and back on the road later Monday afternoon. Mike, Glen and the gang at L&M are awesome! I will be bringing all my vehicles to L&M in the future!
My first experience with this shop. Seemed to be honest: asked them to do a full assessment of the car, and the list of what was fine was much longer that what wasn't. Also advised "why don't you fix that in a few months when you'll need a brake job anyways." So it seems no useless upsell. So I'll definitely be back
Finally after five years of living in Middletown I have found my go-to auto-mechanic!!! L&M auto staff are courteous, reliable, honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I happened to pop in after I got a flat tire, and it was closing time but Mike took such good care of my Altima. I decided to bring my other car (Ford Edge) to him because I liked my experience there so much. I had brought it to other mechanics in the past for a light on in the dashboard, they either wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars just to check it out, or didn't have the proper equipment to diagnose properly. The dealer was also just too expensive. Mike diagnosed the problem right away, called me promptly to explain and fixed it for much less than I expected. He found another problem with my suspension and advised me, but there was no pressure to fix it, he said it was not an emergency, and that I could still drive the car/ fix it next time. I decided to have him do the work and now my ten year old car is driving like new. They even delivered my car back to me so I didn't have to come out in the rain. They are awesome- I will never bring my cars anywhere else.
L&M changed the engine in my truck, and I couldn't be happier. The guys down there really know their stuff and give great customer service. I won't bring my truck anywhere without calling Mike first!
L&M are wonderful. The only place we go for car repairs. These guys are like family. A family run business, they treat you like family! Thanks guys for all you do!
