Luckily, I found another shop nearby and they did a nice job.
I called the Firestone Middletown to schedule an appointment for front end alignment and specifically asked if they work on lifted Jeeps. I was told "Yes we sure do!" So next morning I got there (barely, with my wheels all over the place) just to hear that they DO NOT work on lifted vehicles due to liability issues.
So if your vehicle is somehow modified, don't even bother with firestone!
Great service and always helpful! Whenever i need something done in a timely fashion they are always more than accommodating to my needs and time frames. Recently had a oil change done and was not able to pick the car up that day and we had a slight snow storm and the service men were more than helpful to leave the car in the garage for me overnight! Excellent employees to work with and will definitely be using them in the future for all my car needs! The best part is they never try to sell you on services or parts that you do not need! The #1 thing about Firestone is they are a trustworthy service store who will never try to screw you out of money!
