Absolutely horrible. Got my oil and they returned my car with two other lights on and did not address the issue when I returned tell me they did not have time to fix it for a week leaving me with a broken jeep for a week. Terrible service and will never return to this auto shop.

Brought my daughter's Jeep in for several repairs.
Took my car in for a repair that needed to be done to pass inspection. Bobby, thoroughly checked everything and found the problem to be related to a couple of sensors that needed to be replaced. Bobby took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and the work was scheduled for the following day so he could order the proper parts. It was done quickly, while I waited at the shop and I was given clear instructions as to what I needed to do after the computer in the car was reset. After I followed them. I brought the car back so that he could re-inspect it and get my passing sticker. Work was done thoroughly, professionally and completely the first time around. I didn't have to go back for anything except to follow up and complete the inspection. Bobby's Precision Auto will be my destination for any future repairs and routine maintenance from now on.
