The shape of the nails was not what I asked for. The tech Lisa didn't apply the gel polish or top coat evenly. Did not get the lotion or the hot towel like the other techs did for their clients. The whole time Lisa did my nails she was turning around to watch tv or on her phone. My nails are a sloppy mess. She also wasn't personable so overall the whole experience was uncomfortable.
I love this salon and the hours are great. I always am able to get an appointment. Ivy does my nails and toes and she is amazing.
