Roxanne has been a lifesaver for me...from 1st contact, she came to my house, fitted my prosthetic & wigs & stayed with me throughout my entire treatment. Handled all the details, cost me NOTHING out of pocket . Even 6 years later, she is still transforming my life by providing hair replacements, and treating me like a queen. A class act! I was diagnosed with breast cancer last month and I have had 3 surgeries in a month. This diagnosis hit me like a brick at 49 years old. As I am preparing for chemo I stumbled across angelic care through my insurance. Let me just say this service is God sent to my life at such a critical time. Today they came to my house fit me with a wig and I am overjoyed with the customer service and dignity they showed me. This is the best I have felt since my diagnosis and now I know I am going to beat this. Roxanne is incredible and I feel so honored that she is now part of my successful journey to beat this horrible disease. Since I went to see Roxanne at Angelic Care my life has turned around. I am going through a lot of hardships right now one diagnosis after the other and I just wanted to feel like myself again. I was very nervous and embarrassed to go, but after speaking with her over the phone, she gave me the courage and guidance that I needed to set up an appointment. Roxanne understood and knew things that no one knew or even tried to understand. She was the most sweet/ caring understanding person I had ever met. I was so impressed by her knowledge and compassion. She followed up with me after my appointment so many times that she has turned into more like a friend. I feel so comfortable sharing things with her that I wouldnt share with anyone else. She is a beautiful person/ inside and out. My life has changed since I saw her I have a new positive outlook on things thanks to her. She is truly an angel , dont wait like I did because you will not regret seeing her!!
Company continues to advertise that insurance will pay for most if not all their services. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! They made me think the same thing but my insurance informed me they were only willing to pay less than 10% of what i was charged. Apparently there were no exceptions. Not to mention I was billed for things I DIDN'T ORDER and I was required to pay the full amount, then my insurance was billed as well. Please beware and use someone else.
