my daughter LOVES it here (obviously, just as any other 2.5 yr old does). I like that it's nice and clean & the food is actually pretty good. It's not crazy overpriced, but it's not cheap. It's priced just as any other placr like it would be. I do wish they never did away with the tokens, I don't really like how u have to use the card now. what if you lose the card & it's got a bunch if points on it? plus it doesn't even work half the time. that's really my only complaint.
Was here today and they didn’t have enough staff. All the ticket machines were full so you couldn’t get a receipt printed for your tickets. Lots of games weren’t working. The photo car wasn’t printing pictures. Only 1 person working the food & prizes. Older kids climbing in the toddler zone. The only thing good about this place was the food. Way too chaotic with kids running everywhere. And to top it off the place was filthy! I won’t be coming back here.
Great party coordinater, but she was running around doing everything in the entire place I felt like. Bathrooms were disgusting, kids had a blast I guess but for 787$ I think we will keep it at home next year.
The food is good, the place is clean you just have to oversee how the very young employees are grumpy all the time
Unlike edison's chuck e cheese, this one is very well run, and very clean! The staff are pleasant and accommodating. And believe it or not, the pizza there is really not bad at all! Clean restrooms too are always a plus! Overall experience, I'm very satisfied, but most of all and most importantly is that the children love it too!
