I needed some parts for a hitch that I couldn't find. The mechanic on duty searched through a box of spare parts and found me some. When I asked him how much he said 'they're yours - Merry Christmas'. Excellent service.

I am a long term renter at this uhaul for mysrelf and family. i dealt with a guy named matt and rob. horrible men. very rude and nasty. i was told i gave them a bogus number . I was harrased on the phone today with 5 phone calls just to talk drama and i dont even have the truck. smh. horrible place. I place 3 complaints to corporate. i was charged over $500 on my card and i still dont have the money back. they refused to update my information and kept saying i was bogus. the guys said i was making a show and that it was finally nice that they were able to speak to me with a number that was fake. smh. bad business. Im going to file with bbb for my money back!!!
