The owner is incredibly rude. She refused to speak to my husband or myself when we walked in. She would only speak to my in laws. Both my mother in law and myself had to explain that I was buying carpet not them. She then told me the carpet I was looking at was very expensive and I should look over in the more practicle carpet area. She showed me 3 carpets and couldn't explain what they were made out of. She didn't know what a blend meant. I explained we would look around and let her know what we wanted. She approached me later and I told her I had no interest in working with her because she was so rude to us. I have never been looked down upon or treated so poorly by a sales person in my life. Her loss we are renovating our entire house which is 5000 sq feet and we need a lot of carpet.
My adult daughter was very pleased with the gorgeous stair runner they created for her, and the service. I walked in, due to her praise, and they gave me 3 free carpets to make my garage softer for my husband's feet(therefore spine) which is great, since he has nerve damage from a giant tailbone cancerous tumor. That is nice, beyond any expectation. I had tried to get scraps of carpet out of their dumpster out back, but they were pinned in by weight.(scraps are fine for the garage) and yet, because of the worker and owners kindness, I now have 3 carpets with finished edges for the garage, what a luxury!!. Thanks Carpet Value Center Outlet Store in Middletown, NJ! I saw other thank yous on their wall, so kindness has been extended to others.
