I love this gym. The people at the front desk are so sweet especially Megan and Pat. The manager also solves problems calmly and always has a smile on his face. The facility is always clean and has a variety of different machines and equipment. Unlike any other gym!
Beware of the contracts you can't get out of!!! Me and my wife joined here and were not pleased with the club as a hole. The worst was that the person working child care was rude to us and our kids. So because we felt uncomfortabe bringing our kids we tried to cancel. Which of course wasn't allowed. When we requested to downgrade our package to basic 9.99 they said it would be $117 fee to do it. As well as the choice to downgrade would put us back into another year contract. When we joined their sales guy said we can upgrade or downgrade our membership whenever we wanted. This is a total lie! We also never received their amazon gift card we were promised when we signed up. No wonder them and retro are getting sued because of these cancellation polices. Speaking as someone who runs many business this kind of customer service is unacceptable.
Jersey Strong has so much to offer and there’s something for everyone! Their yoga classes are amazing and that in itself is a reason to join!!! I have been a member for over 15 yrs and seen it through so many different styles of fitness including various types of boutique workouts and I love that Jersey Strong created their own boutique environment within the gym!
The front desk women was very helpful. Her name was Megan. I came inside to see what deals were going on and she handled me very well. She walked me around the gym and made me feel very comfortable with the atomosphere. She was very sweet, caring, and respectful on what goals I wanted to achieve. I’m now a official jersey strong member! Thanks meg!
One of the best facilities in the area, they have everything you could ever need. Also very spacious. Front Desk staff Megan and Jordan are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. Highly recommend!!
