Word of advice, If a man picks up the phone when you call, hang up and go elsewhere! I intend to go somewhere else from now on anyway.
The flowers are great. The service is good unless you call up and end up speaking to the owner's husband. His phone etiquette is terrible. He's curt and downright nasty. I have NEVER had a problem dealing with anyone else in the shop. He has screwed up two delivery orders of mine in the past and when I just tried to place an order for a specific delivery time (4 pm), he made every effort to not do it -- "we can do it earlier? Is anyone going to be home? Can we just leave it?" When I asked what the problem was in delivering at the time I asked for, he didn't have an answer. When I asked to speak to the owner, he said "this is her husband". When I said, "you seem to always be a problem", he hung up on me.
