Very slow.
The past few years they were really bad. I have to admit but the past year they have been getting better. The workers seem to care more and my looks better. There has been a new manager and he has been changing thing up. Im going for a full detail next week. I saw them working on a jag and it looked amazing. They were even taking scratches out. They really have steped up this year.
I thought this place would be safer than a fully automated car wash but was WRONG! They used dirty rags that will scratch your paint and leave it dirty. I've seen much better results from local automated places. I will not return and do not recommend them.
I just had my car "washed." I drove it home to find that my car was dirtier than it was before they "washed" it. They obviously recycle water all day long to the point that when the drops dried, there was a residue which was impossible to remove without a strong cleanser. The rags are filthy from being used ALL DAY LONG. Scratches galore - and everywhere. My brand new Mercedes might as well have been built in the 90s once these guys got their hands on it. They take no care - they just do - and not well. They just don't care. I wonder where the owner washes his car... certainly not here! Dirty water, dirtier rags, and if you ask the guy why they can't use clean rags, he just has a blank stare - idiot. on drugs no doubt. Is it that difficult to wash a car? This must be one of the jobs Americans won't do... and it shows. If you care about your car, steer clear of this place. Cheap labor = cheap work. I had to give my review one star, because they wouldn't let me put in negative numbers.
